It has been quite some time now since I first had the idea to build my own website (Have a look at the credits if you are interested in how it was built), but I did not manage to find the time until a few days ago. I am a PhD student in the Molecular Biology Department of the University of Geneva (Switzerland), and, as such, I don't have as much time to hack as I would like. I only had the chance to assemble and tweak all the components of this site since I was sent, as most swiss male citizens each year, to the military service (our army is mainly militia). If you want to picture it, imagine a gathering of 400 unmotivated people in uniform which are taught to use machines (canons, radars, radios, etc...) they don't want to know about and you will be quite close to the truth... Anyway, depending on the tasks assignement, one might get lots of free time there and I profited from three days of light watch duty to grab the subnotebook I had packed with my stuffs and to work on this personal project... I hope all visitors will enjoy my articles on the site... Happy browsing! PS: I would really like any feedback about any problem you might have encountered on my site. Please use the comments down there...
