Have you ever tasted cheese fondue? As a Swiss, I had the opportunity to taste some... If you are not reluctant to melted cheese and white wine, you'll find a very social dish that is absolutely not recommended if you are on a diet!

I in fact made a discovery last night... Fondue with champagne instead of the traditional white wine. I had heard about that many times before but had actually never tried it. The champagne makes the fondue slightly more expensive but it is definitely worth it! The flavour of the cheese becomes much finer and the fondue seems lighter!

I won't put the recipe here since you will find tons of them and better informations about fondue through this wikipedia article. If you want to make fondue with champagne, just replace the amount of white wine by an equal amount of champagne that is not sweet... Bon appétit!
